Accessible Psychiatry Services is an ambulatory outpatient mental health clinic located in the city of Altoona in Blair County, Pennsylvania that was set up with the goal of providing exceptional healthcare, as well as support, to our patients and their families. A significant number of adults in the United States with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year, mostly due to care being inaccessible and suboptimal when available.

Accessible Psychiatry Services intends to help bridge the gap, providing quick access to mental health care. We appreciate the growing need for highly specialized mental health treatment that incorporates a deep personal touch in a safe environment – all of which must be provided in a timely manner. Accessible Psychiatry Services remains committed to this and prides itself in its unique ability to provide quick, highly individualized, and person-centered assistance to patients and their families in need.

APS was established in 2021, initially set up as a solo provider-based service, providing out-patient psychiatric services to young and old age patients. Since then, we have grown and our client base continues to expand. We now provide psychiatric consultations, initial psychiatric evaluations, counseling and therapy services, medication management, and Telehealth Services. Through our affiliations, we are also able to provide psychiatric assessment to veterans, as well as family based and social services.
